wrestling is the hardest sport. not only you need to be in better shape then you opponent to win, but you need technique in order to pin his. wrestling is the only sport in the world that you need be a specific weight to compete. unlike football wrestling is depended only on your self to win. you don't have to real lie on some one to win. when your on the mat you are the only one that can decide your future. Its like your a one man team. the more you win the better you want to get.
